The service areas for the sanitary district include the Arch Cape water district and the Cannon View Park (CVP) water district in the northern end of the community.

Cannon View Park, Inc. operates a water district serving fifty residences in the northern portion of Arch Cape.

Sewer hookups and waste water treatment is provided to Cannon View Park  by the  Arch Cape Sanitary District Fees charged are in accordance with the Sanitary District Financial Policies .    ​Meter reading and reporting services are provided to Cannon View Park by staff in accordance with an  intergovernmental agreement exists between the districts and the City of Cannon Beach.
